Brez is a small town in the earth of the Dolomiti of Brenta. The village is the last in the Italian speaking area of South Tyrol. The next Village is Laurein and Proveis are 4 kilometres away and are in the German speaking area of South Tyrol. In the area you can find all the outdoor activities you need and there are a lot of lakes to discover! Merano and its famous thermal baths is 30 kilometre far away. Bozen is only 30 minutes away and Trento 50 minutes where you can find lots of Museums.

Ground Floor Apartment: Our newly remodelled apartment has all the modern comforts of home in this 300 year old building. The vaulted ceilings in the living room/kitchen and in the bedroom exude an old world charm that you can't find in today's modern buildings.
The kitchen is comfortably furnished complete with gas and wood stoves and a large table to gather around. The bedroom sleeps up to six with one double bed, a set of bunk beds and a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and a laundry machine. The apartment has separate heat from the rest of the building so it can be adjusted to your liking.
The entrance opens into a garden where there are magnificent views of the Dolomite Mountains of Brenta and of Roen Mountain. The lawn is spacious and fenced which is ideal for a family with children. We have sun chairs, an umbrella and a barbecue for your enjoyment. The apartment also has private parking and storage space for your sporting equipment.
The location is quiet and safe with a playground nearby. The center of the town is within 500 meters and has a supermarket, stores, bar and restaurant.
